Who is faster shunui or byakuya and who is more skilled?!?!

Ok listen this not who would win in a fight but who is faster and also more skilled? like with , their zanpakuto and others? So this is how I see it.

Who is faster: slightly byakuya

Who is more skilled: byakuya because he has shown more kido and has shown his shikai and bankai and has proved to be very skilled with them. Maybe shunui doesn't use his bankai cause he hasn't completely mastered it yet. You never know cause byakuya is actually always training and trying to get stronger but shunsui just sits around and drinks.

So what's your opinion on who faster and who's more skilled. Do it just like i did. Okay gooo!!

Byakuya may be faster as he is one of the fastest in soul society but Shusui is definitely more skilled.
