Who is faster Kakshi,sasuke or itachi

The ninjas have all been praised in speed but i wonder Who is faster ?

Being fast in waving hand signs and being fast in motion is not the same.

Speed is not just speed.

If we are talking about hand sings, Itachi clearly takes the lead. That was shown a lot.

Speed in motion, I give it to Kakashi. Itachi and Sasuke showed to be almost even. But Kakashi showed to be faster then Sasuke.
