Who is even the main villain in this arc?

Obito was the main villian until Madara cut in now they are all focusing to kill/seal him so Madara i guess.

Obito is the only who is puting his two cents in to madaras plan, Madara is currently being a ***** about hashi not wanting to fight him at the moment. Oro is currently giving a good guy impression. Sasuke is probaly confused about his own gender.

Madara has done **** all, so it's not him.

Obito has been fighting Kakashi a lot recently, but if he survives he will improve the manga with his evilness. ONLY if he stops begging for a talk no jutsu.

Orochimaru we have yet to see if he is evil, and if he is. . It would probably be in some next arc labeled "Juubi's final form" or whatever.

Sasuke has the chance to flip his lid and kill everything to protect Konoha/

The main villain is the Ninja system currently in place. It was the system that gave birth to Madara, Obito, Sasuke, Orochimaru and all the other "villains" so far. The main thing at fault here is the system. It can even be considered that SO6P is the villain as he was the one who taught shinobi to use chakra and ninjutsu so all the power struggles and other shinanigans that came afterwards from that are all his fault
