Reasons: First advantage Byakugan
and also Hinata is better suited for combat
Genjutsu: sakura has the edge
sakura has always been hyped as genjutsu type but no feats yet
hinata has never used genjutsu
Ninjutsu: both are same level
Sakura has medical ninjutsu i.e use chakra in her hands basicaly to disrupt enemy's internal organs
Hinata Gentle fist and Gentle step with twin lions tech again use chakra in her hands to disrupt enemy's chakra network
Taijutsu: Hinata for sure
Sakura has monstrous strength but can she actually hit sumthing... i seriously doubt that
on the other hand Hinata is a Taijutsu specialist,agile and faster reflexes ...said to be on par with neji
So Hinata is a more efficient ninja on the whole
