you're wrong madara can't have that amount of clones,just because he said his chakra is infinite you missunderstood,he has a level of chakra that can't surpass,once he does a jutsu the chakra of the original body replenish,with 25 clones he wasn't able to use rinnegan with any one of them,that number of clones you put will make useless clones
