Who is better at Rinnegan

They have different rinnegan, sasuke can't access paths, and nagato can't use sharingan techs and teleportation.

But by feats, nagato is the best rinnegan user. Though he had it for like 30 years.

Sasuke's Rinnegan is more powerful, because it comes from Hagoromo and Sasuke is a full Indra transmigrant. Nagato is more skilled with the Rinnegan, but could not use it to its full potential due to the eye being transplanted into a non-Uchiha/Indra. However, Nagato's Senju/Uzumaki heritage let him withstand the powerful chakra of the Rinnegan, which even Obito found difficult to handle.

Sasuke got it like a few chapters ago of course he wouldn't be the master at it. Plus, both Rinnegans are completely different. This shouldn't even be a question, it should be logic but of course that doesn't happen in Naruto manga.

Nagato could of probably revived Sasuke's Clan if he wanted to.
And Sasuke's still figuring out how to do that.

It's obvious in terms of being better at Rinnegan, Nagato > Obito > Madara > Sasuke.[SUB]

Only Nagato has shown more variety use of the rinnegan.

Nagato: all six paths, Gedo outer path, six paths of pein, and five elements.

Madara: Absorption, meteorite, Limbo Hengoku, Gedo outer paths, and Chibakui tensei.

Obito: Absorption, Chakra removal (human path), Gedo outer paths, and six paths of pein

Sasuke: Unkown Rinnegan shift

Madara's Rinnegan techniques are the most powerful. Also, he could create Paths if he wanted to (even Obito could).

Nagato could not perform Susano'o, one of the key powers of the Rinnegan (Sharingan powers are Rinnegan powers).

Sasuke badly needs to bust out some new techniques.
