kakashi has kamui ,which is nearly strongest jutsu in nv ,and he uses it well now,he used it before kuarma chakra 6 times with 6 raiki,sharingan long time,many other jutsu
kakashi is another level ,gai isn't in his level at all
people who compare between gai and kakashi ,gai's strongest jutsu is hiudora and he can use it one time only in fight while kakashi's strongest attack is kamui and he can use it more than 6 times in fight
one kamui>>one hiudora ,(imagine more than 6 kamui)
people who say kakashi can't beat guy because of hiudora ,kakashi can counter hiudora by going underground or going to other dimension

Well, it's between Gai and Kakashi. Between both of them, I have to say Kakashi. But it would be close.
yes he can beat asuma and kurunai but he doesn't beat kakashi
if you think that because of hiudura ,kakashi can counter hiudura by going underground or going to other dimension
asakagiu by going underground or earth wall
speed by sharingan,first gate and shunshin
one kamui then the end of the fight

Before Jiraiya death I say Jiraiya was the strongest Jounin,after His death the tittle fell to Kakashi, but next to Naruto and Sasuke Who are Genin The Jounin tittle is now meaningless,the power levels have gone up.

I'd have said Kakashi if he weren't above SO6P level. It just isn't fair on Jounins that they have to compete against Kakashi.

Sannin is jut a tittle,Jiraiya was a Jounin, you can be call a Duke or Count, but first you are a Noble before being a Duke or Count.
