Right, so by that logic, if Bin Laden did what he did behind curtains it would make him less of a monster right?

Id say Obito is more of a criminal than any of them. Sasuke attacked the Kage and killed one, and Madara may have aided in the war against the entire world, but Obito did a lot more than the two of them combined.

-Obito was responsible and the leader of the Akatsuki and over saw their illegal operations
-Obito committed fraud by posing as Madara
-Aided Itachi in the Uchiha massacre
-Obito joined the Akatsuki as a recognized member
-Obito attempted to destroy the Leaf village by using the Kyuubi
-Obito was responsible for the death of the Hokage and his wife
-Obito aided Sasuke in his criminal actions against the Kage
-Obito declared war against the Kage
-Obito Teamed up with criminal, Kabuto, in the war effort
-Everything that has happened in the war

- Killed most of the uchiha probably. And then told Itachi to kill his own parents, that bastard.
- And all the things that happens next, all the murders and such.

So sasuke - murderer, traitor

Madara - manipulator, mass murderer, thief, traitor
