What???he's literary the only main villain who stayed true with his ideology, other's were all TNJ'd aside from that brainless monster kaguya.......I only put nagato there because his mentality was unique and and it surprisingly fitted his background and appearance.

I thought he was cool but quite generic. I'd take Pain/Nagato and Tobi over Madara every day.

You just put one of the best villains in the manga in the same line as the most insipid. Of course it's Tobi. Also, I mean Tobi as in the masked man, not the abomination who showed up when the mask shattered to pieces, along with his character.
