Who is a better villain?

Orochimaru was never an interesting villain. He's very weak as well, so he's not much of a threat either .

Banishment is the price to pay for such ignorant words, foolish wench.

People come up with the idea that a perfect villain has to be insanely powerful; false. A good villain is intelligent and crafty, what he lacks in power, is made up by coming up with ingenius schemes and plots. You can be impactful on a storyline, without overwhelming power or strength. Orochimaru is cunning, manipulative, sadistic, prideful, wise, and overall a very intellectual individual. He gave you a mysterious aura everytime he appeared, his character was never predictable.

He may be weak, but he still shits on Hinata with his hands tied by his snakes, remember that, catfish.

I believe Akatuski Itachi can fit that catergory.

Actually Oro could have been far much better villain than both of them, Kishi just ruined his character in the end.

Obito Uchiha.
- Loved how he plays the mask persona as Madara. Played it very well to the point that only Yahiko saw through it.
- As a Juubi Jin, he brought more intensity compared to Madara. Even if Naruto and Sasuke was near dead and Hashirama got plugged in, I didn't feel much suspense from Juudara.
- His defiance against Madara as well.

Madara is the better villain IMO. Mainly because his back story his far more tragic, and the fact that his reasoning for his goals makes a little more sense than that of Obito. He wanted peace, yet was a warlord who enjoyed fighting. The truth is, he was kind of right about this hypocrisy in the shinobi world, and he represented that hypocrisy.(albeit he was more extreme than any of the other shinobi, which is why he was the villain).

Tobi is obito wether you like it or not, from his easygoing lucky persona to his manipulative mask man persona to his nobody persona, he´s still obito, the fact you dont like a facet of a character doesnt mean that character is another person at the time.

If you go by that logic does that mean juudara wasnt madara because he kept getting owned left and right nonstop? after all juudara got owned by a dying obito, gai, naruto, sasuke and black zetsu and then got a forced *** change on top of that he ended up being spitted out like a used gum, also do i have to remember madara never had to run away from a battle before turning juubi jin but right after that we saw madara lying on the ground whining of pain after naruto lavarasenshiriken, after gai´s night elephant and we saw madara run away from naruto and sasuke for the first time.
The same happened with oro, he got owned in his own dimension by own puppil.

Dont act as if madara´s character is pure gold because he isnt, right after becoming juubi jin it was even painful to see how everybody who madara bumped with soloed him, the fact you dont like a facet of a character doesnt make it a different character. tobi is just a little part of obito deal with it.
