Who influenced the Shinobi world more ?

My vote goes to Hashirama. Before him founding the village , clans were like travelling backpackers who fought all day for 3 meters land. Other clans were influenced and made treaties with themselves forming village systems. He also shared power between each other with using Tailed Beasts

A second place takes Itachi (yes hate me) he avoided a world war and the annihilation of Konoha by sacrificing himself and his clan

Tobirama would be a third since he established systems of governmental law like Konoha police and kept peace keeping an eye on everybody


*I can't add yet Naruto since he just started to influence all shinobis and I want to see his legacy afterwards but you can and you are free to give your reasons why


Who's your favourite ? I might add a poll if I hear some sensible replies

All villages would have attacked Konoha in the case of Itachi so he did influence all villages. Many people from different villages could have dies.Tobirama created a civilised system that others followed

Stopping a war doesn't really influence anything outside of konoha...since there were 3 world wars which were stopped as well.
