I've never really found sakura that deep tbh, maybe its because kishi hasnt really developed her well

If you try to understand a characters mentality and general philosophy, you can discern a LOT of interesting things.

I disliked Sasuke due to his disproportionate, illogical actions post-Itachi, until I thought a bit about his situation and understood a bit more about his mental state.

It just immediately opened up another dimension to the characters.

Zetsu is basically a self-sufficient version of Gaara or pre-series Naruto, to the point where he's two separate people, for variations sake. Or so I thought then.

Kakuzu is a century old, and everyone he ever knew from his original lifetime either betrayed him or died on him. But money...
