Im considering the fact that if Hidan depends on Chakra and a massive chakra-disabling attack from a hyuuga is landed on him fairly, the Hyuuga can have the advantage.
A Hyuuga can also air-palm him away from his diagram, then step on the diagram himself and use kaiten to alter the ground and erase the diagram while defending against Hidan's counterattack.

The one thing left that a hyuuga needs to do is how to eliminate Hidan completely. Is closing off his chakra points enough? Does his immortality have something to do with his chakra reserves?

Counters to Hidan's blood ritual is fine, but Hidan can rinse and repeat that as much as he wants, or he could just straight up stab them or scythe them.

However, Hidan has never shown any use of chakra. His entire battle strategy is centered around speed and agility, with strong up front combat. As I said, Hidan was > then Kakashi in Taijutsu. Kakashi boasts a 4.5 in this category of fighting, the same as Neji, the one considered the finest amongst the clan.

And even closing off his chakra points doesn't kill him. The only way to defeat Hidan is to dismember him. I don't recall Hyuuga's using weaponry in their fighting style. The most they'd have are Shuriken and Kunai, which are nothing to Hidan.

He's impervious to physical attacks, and attacks that have gone through him have shown no damage, in fact, he healed from them quite fast.

I have been real. That's why I've analysed that in one way, Hyuuga can beat an Uchiha, but that wont always be the case.
Hyuuga doesnt only have byakugan and weak gentle fist. I believe they can go in combat in par with an Uchiha. Incidentally, they dont have much panel time to showcase the average hyuuga taijutsu, since it's Kishi's plot.

Sasori gets defeated by Hiashi, like I said, if he attaches chakra threads to a Hyuuga they can easily transfer their own chakra to Sasori and disrupt the link and most likely disrupt Sasori's chakra. The Hundred Puppet technique however would be a toughie to get out of if they attack from all directions including the blind spot. Though Hiashi would be smart enough to use Palm Rotation in this situation but I agree he wouldn't walk away without a scratch.

Just remember that Amaterasu is instantaneous unless they can see the Chakra build up inside the eye like Obito saw with Sasuke. Both Itachi and Hiashi would be smart Battle wise, but I believe Itachi takes this one. His Susanoo may not be out for long but it would be out enough for him to destroy Hiashi.
