Which characters in Naruto are faster than light? Whether it be combat, travel, reflexes, or any of that sort.

No Space-Time Ninjutsu allowed.

If you don't believe any character is FTL provide reason with evidence to back it up.

My lists of those FTL: Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, Lee, Hashirama, Madara, Tobirama, Kimimaro, Gai, 4th Raikage, Orochimaru, 3rd Raikage, Gaara's sand, Itachi, Shisui, and Prime Hiruzen

A few DO break the sound barrier, though, like Hachimon Guy, RSM Naruto, but no character has ever shown with FTL feats without Hiraishin, Amenotejikara, Kamui, etc.

If the Raikages were FTL they wouldn't have needed Mabui's transportation technique. Naruto characters aren't even close to the speed of light. If so, Kakashi would've already made it to the Valley of The End when Naruto and Sasuke first fought there.
