[Predictions] Who i think Tobi could be, and questions i need answered.

Okay First off let me say Kishi is a genius.
Let's start with the questions that i have. The answers to these questions are all to help construct my theories.
1. Who created, or where did black Zetsu come from?
2. If Tobi is not Madara, where did he get the First's cells?
3. How did Oro get the First's DNA?
4. Why did Kisame call Tobi mizukage?

Okay these are the people who I think Tobi could be. Oh, and people please if you disagree give me reason and explain why.
Heshirama himself... Okay I believe that Tobi is Heshirama because Tobi has his DNA and since i don't believe he is Madara or got it from Oro I've been lead to thinking he is Heshirama or his brother. I say Hashirama's brother because Tobi doesn't use wood release
, both he and his brother died through battle... wait I just remebered Oro summoned both the first and second.
Well maybe it is Obito after all. I only say this cause Kishi said something big is up for Kakashi.
For some reason I believe Tobi is Madara's brother.

Please do vent with me it may lead to a breakthrough. How about this being an open discussion about who the f**k tobi is.
