Who here thinks the Mangekyou Sharingan draw back was bad?

I mean lets look at the Sharingan evolution:

1 Tomoe Sharingan = better eye sight
2 Tomoes Sharingan = even better eye sight and able to copy jutsu as long as its not KKG
3 Tomoes Sharingan = way better eye sight and able to copy jutsu as long at its not KKG and can use Genjutsu

When the Sharingan evolves from 1 Tomoe to 3 Tomoes there is no draw back, but Mangekyou sharingan it makes the eyes lose sight till it becomes blind permanenty.

I mean really, why such a nerf on the sharingan evolution. If the Uchiha doesn't have a brother to gain EMS then the Uchiha would be blind or bad eye sight forever.

I think it goes blind the more you spam the abilities it grants you, I don't think you go blind by just having it active.. You just run out of chakra quicker.

............The drawbacks for the MS are just fine.
It is not a necessary evolution only a sought after step.

Saying that there is a draw back to ms so there must be a draw back for the eye overall makes no sense.

I think it was a silly idea. Kishi created it so he could find a way to give sasuke a power up by creating EMS. Obviously not all uchiha have siblings or even parents, what about them?

That would only happen to an MS user that used the MS somewhat oftenly. MS users can opt for
using only 3-tomoe, and would thus be fine.

Dantee is right. It would be too broken without the limitations and and drawbacks. Just look how powerful Sasuke was in the war once he obtained EMS.

Now imagine him fighting Bee, Danzo, the other Kage at the summit, and Frog Sage Mode Naruto, with EMS....

...See the issue here? Naruto and everyone else would have died and the manga would be too broken to fix at that point.

This might be because of Kamui's unique nature. I mean Obito never went blind from Kamui (so far as we know) Kakashi only ever really used his 3T and in dire situations the MS. ONly during the war did he start to over use Kamui and he started to go blind at that point as well. So he wasn't completely untouched by the drawback.

It's more of a trade off. It grants you powerful techs, in exchange for pain on the eyes and if overused, takes your sight.

3. Kamui
4. Kotoamatsukami
5. Tsukuyomi

I wouldn't want any of those bottom tier jutsus either...
