the fact that you thought sasuke can use kirin right away with no prep time,and sasuke's speed is on par with hiraishin(which in reality can barely reach raikage V1 with the bodyflicker)made your theory with no basics.
plus the fact that you ignore that naruto can sense negative emotions and can dodge such attacks according to it.and minato being top tier in reflexes and won't be standing there waiting to get killed.

Nope because Sasuke has instant speed and precognition allowing him to detect the enemy(ies) movements and dodge it accordingly (use the links as preference).
