Out of Hiruzen and Onoki,who held there kage position longer?

Even though Hiruzen took the kage position for an extra 13 years after the 4th died,i think Onoki has held his Kage position longer then anyone,because he took Muu's spot and Hiruzen replaced tobirama but Muu obviously died before tobirama soo that leaves Onoki as Tsuchikage at a pretty young age...
