It's between Sasuke and Killer Bee, but both use different patterns of movement so they're not comparable. Madara will be good but it's not one of his primary uses in combat unlike the aforementioned two.

As for Kisame, his "sword" does the work for him.

How does the Gunbai not fall under Kenjutsu if it is used for that exact purpose?

What do you mean his sword does the work for him? You can't mean it swings at itself, you can't mean the chakra absorption ability because kisame doesn't need samehada to absorb chakra he can absorb chakra himself. Also he can swing samehada with one hand that overwhelmed asumachakra blades and gai nunchucks.


As for madara he is clearly the best. We all saw eEdo madara use only taijutsu on the SA and he destroyed them all them attacking at once and then he started disarming them of

Never saw Gai use Kenjutsu. Or Minato. Or Naruto. Or Jiraiya. Or Oonoiki. Or Trollkage. I digress.


All he did was tell people the right words, and occasionally do a bit of fighting or hostage taking. And guess what? He accomplished his mission and effortlessly one shot Madara. Considering how much stronger Madara is, I'd say that makes him a damn good Shinobi... You know a ninja.... The people who work in the shadows and carry out information or assassination missions.

It means what it means, all Kisame does is point the sword in the right direction and it unwraps itself to cut. Samehada also steals chakra as per it's own will, as shown when he was sucking Bee's chakra at the WoT. Besides, swinging a sword or having great physical strength doesn't make you skilled in Kenjutsu - it's an art.

And Madara's sword usage in canon was shortlived and wasn't a great feat considering it was only used against a few fodder in canon.​

It takes an extreme body balance, control to use 7 swords at 7 positions of the body simultaneously. Added with the fact Bee moves at an absurd speed that even Sharingan cannot predict his movements, shows how talented is. As well as the Raiton Chakra manipulation he adds on. Killer Bee is 50 tiers above any swordsman in NV and arguably in anime.

But he can't used taijustu like a shinobi and he needed Obito's body to one shot Madara.
