LOOL Bee was behind both Ayy and Naruto and got to Naruto before Ayy did that shits in saving a baby Naruto, also Bee easily outpaced Sasuke easier than Ayy in V1....Bee still has better base feats than Minato.

My logic doesn't say anything about Part 1 Sakura being the fastest Lol. The thread asked who had the best base Shunshin. Shisui is known as the best Shunshin user.

Tobirama was the fastest of his time, but Minato surpassed him. That is something that has been stated quite a few times in the manga, the newer generation surpassing the old.

There is nothing saying whether the Uchiha were talking about just their clan or in general, but Shisui's nickname was known far and wide either way, so he was clearly good even outside the Uchiha.

Filler is filler. And filler isn't canon. Using filler as any sort of "evidence" is just laughable. Also, Danzo didn't use Shunshin in that scene. He wasted his Sharingan for Izanagi so he could break Shisui's genjutsu.

It asked for the best/fastest, that's 2 different things. Best could be the way he uses it in action since he also has Sharingan precognition to aid him. Name 1 person that surpassed Tobirama, Madara, and Hashirama with their own power; no one, they needed given or taken power for that. Madara said Tobirama was fastest in their time, ninjas in their time was already above Kage level so you don't think their speed were faster than ninjas after their time?

Also look at the fact that speed praises were given to Minato after the scan of Uchiha's praising Shusui. Thats from part 1 isn't it? Shusui is more mentioned for his Genjutsu while a Minato is mentioned when it comes to speed. When Naruto first used KM full speed, both Bee and Yamato compared it to Minato as Yamato even said Naruto isn't as skilled as Minato with controlling his Shunshin. If Shusui speed was better than Minato's then A would have heard about it as he heard about Minato before meeting him and would want to test it out. Even after becoming Kages they still fought as Minato said the next time they face they would put the Kage title on the line or something like that.

Shusui is featless so can't say he's the fastest when it's not shown or stated anywhere. Plus others having their speed, such as Minato's, being praised as the fastest ninja.

Saving a baby from Obito who has the Sharingan so has Precognition and was literally right their about to impale baby Naruto. You also seem to forget Kakashi Gaiden where Minato was where Obito and Rin were then in like one second he Shunshin to where Kakashi was to save him, mark the ninja, and return back to Obito and Rin. The enemy even commented on Minato's movement, then Minato took off his bag and used FTG which Rin commented on. Kakashi was a jounin and took off running at high speed as the Chidori was said to need that (even in part 1 for Sasuke) which creates a tunnel affect. Minato literally went to a distance location, do what he needed to do and return back all in a couple of seconds.

It was lvl 2 LA that Sasuke with MS couldn't even keep up with A. Mînd you Sasuke wasn't ysing MS to track Bee movements so comparing 3T to MS precognition doesn't help the case. Bee never shown to move to a far location and back to his original location in meee seconds, Minato base speed and reaction are fast enough to draw his Kunai and flick it up while A's fist is literally in his face. If he's fast enough to do that then he's fast enough to evade it but chose to use FTG as he already had the area marked and that way he could return to a position capable of killing A until Bee interfered.

For others using A, A used a jutsu (lightning armor) to augment his speed so base would be without that. Shunshin is chakra in the feet, takes chakra control and large chakra to determine how fast you go and the distance you can go. That's also why the 8 inner gates don't count here either and base Gai isn't as fast as others mentioned, 7 gate is slower than A as Tsunade didn't deny A being the fastest after Minato.

His best base feats were teleporting to Kushina when kurama was about to crush her, and then using Shunshin to escape all the way to the top of that cliff.

An even greater feat is when Minato from his statue, crossed konoha in an instant and summoned Bunta on top of kurama.

Another feat is when he saved Kakashi from being cut by Mahiru.

Go read the manga, because you obviously know nothing of Minatos feats.

Precognition helps Sharingan users track and predict the movements of others and Obito wanted Minato out of the picture period. That's why he tries to Kamui him when Minato tries to fight Kurama; so if he was fast and had the Sharingan then why not intercept Minato and Kunai him or try too? Obito even praised Minato's speed saying he deserves the name the yellow flash. Bee has a Bijuu, Shunshin works by focusing chakra into your feet; all Bee needs to be faster than A is more chakra than A which he has. A amplifies his speed with his lightning armor while Naruto and Bee uses their Bijuu chakra. Bee wears glasses so you can't tell if he's using his initial chakra cloak mode like what Naruto would use before 1 tail in part 1 and first part of Shippuden.

Using anything that resembles the Bijuu form is Bee using the Bijuu's chakra which he can use to increase his speed since Shunishin is focusing chakra in your feet. Also that's V1 A and Bee was behind Naruto, not far away. Also A was already standing infront of Naruto, he wasn't using his speed at all since he was going for a punch only so that's not really a speed feat when Bee needed to use Bijuu chakra to stop a non-speed using A.

You misunderstood, Minato's base speed isn't as fast as V2 A, I'm saying the fact that Minato can actually counter with A in front of him puts his base speed close to A's V2 speed or else he wouldn't be capable of such feat. Also Lightning armor is a jutsus that amplify A's speed as Minato's FTG is use to increase his speed. This is asking Base speed, A using his lightning armor which is a jutsu is not base speed and neither is Bee using his Bijuu chakra. So the fact Minato could physically move before A even hit him when he was point blank at his fastest speed only helps my point of Minato having the fastest base speed.

As for your point with Itachi, Bee in V1 3 tails mode is what Sasuke couldn't keep up with while using 3T and Sasuke is slightly slower than Itachi so Itachi doing what he did shows he's faster than base Bee but Bee wasn't close to his fastest speed as he wasn't using the cloak mode against Itachi but against Nagato.

Minatos shunshin was faster than either of the hokages, and was fast enough to an extent where he was able to place the markings around the juubi and even teleport its TBB away,
all before the hokages could even arrive

so yeah his shunshin is comfortably above the others

I'm not disagreeing his body flicker his inferior to the other kages, Bee's feat just seems better.
