Very wrong. Kabuto didn't idolise Itachi- he was jealous of how they were both born. Nobody VS the 'gifted child' that was the entire point of their fight, or did you just skip the fight because you found it boring?

Danzo admitted that he thought Itachi was a good ninja. He respected Itachi, he didn't respect the Uchiha but he admitted that Itachi did what was necessary and he matches Danzo's 'do your mission no matter what the cost' ideal he liked. He said it all to Sasuke.

I think it's Kabuto. Itachi stood against everything Kabuto was about, they were literal opposites. He hated Itachi for being born gifted and powerful when Kabuto was born as nothing but still made himself strong.

Thank you, Kabuto liking Itachi and him being like 'his hero' ruins the entire point of their fight. It's like people missed the point entirely what the flashback was about.

Itachi hates himself the most. A person that has to go kill his family and loved ones for the sake of people he does not know. Becoming rouge along with his younger brother hating him till his very death.. Itachi is disappointed but knows he is doing the right thing.
