What're you trying to prove? That Tsunade uses the Byakugou more efficiently? Because, if that's what it is, I can assure you that Sakura uses it to its fullest potential, while Tsunade doesn't.

Tsunade has more stamina than Sakura hence a better body, she survived the blood loss from being cut in half and trying to heal the Kages at the same time.

Sakura had more talent in terms of chakra control which is why she could use it to its full potential, but the problem is that she didn't have the body to handle the power it requires.

What do you mean by, "...she didn't have the body to handle the power it requires." She obviously used the Byakugou and all of the jutsus that go along with it. She's used it like Tsunade did, if not better seeing as she was able to move the lines onto other people, unlike Tsunade who hasn't been shown doing that (unless she has; haven't read the manga).
