Yes i did, the only thong that he did with the "reaction" was telwporting from the lightning, that was not impressive compared to ftg, other than that, he ain't got nuthin

wrong. im talking about when madara was about to get he's eye, if you remember madara has a very high top speed and well guess who reacts to the attack and counter's fast? and yeah madara's reaction speed was very good in order to react to FTG easy there's nothing faster than instant movements.

Not they don't. Reaction is seeing through an attack and stopping it or dodging it. Speed is the time to get to something. They don't connect entirely.​

But gai is on another level speed wise, so his reactions would logically get enhanced in conjunction with that.

OT: For the contrary note, Madara could have reacted to Sasuke's teleportation, as I have logically and factually explained:

After reading the latest chapter, it appears Rinnegan is making Sasuke teleport in small areas. Quite similar to Shisui's Shunshin. However, Madara did react to his jutsu and could have stopped it if he needed to. Take a look at this:

If you look in the panel, you can see Madara is thinking inside his head, while Sasuke is using his teleportation. This would imply Madara could have stopped Sasuke. The only reason he didn't, is he didn't have to.

• He was too focused on getting his rinnegan
• He has regeneration, so cutting him in half wont help

I can imagine Sasuke having his teleportation would help him keeping up in foot against Naruto's speed.

Everyone interprets information at the same time. When gai sees something at the same time as madara he can react faster because his body is enhanced beyond the physical limit. The eyes send info to the brain at the same time for both of them so whoever can move faster is the one who will react faster.
