I would say Lee. Don't get me wrong, Jiraiya and Tsinade are very passionate and powerful ninja, but Lee's was able to get up when he was unconscious on the floor with severe injuries. Those feats are almost uncomparable to any other person cause he was still fighting even when he was unconscious, meaning that his will to prove himself to others surpassed his conscious being and its restraints, and is literally instilled within his very subconscious. Usually when a person is knocked out, they stop fighting no matter how much they want to keep fighting. The only person to have a similar willpower is Kimmimaro, who was able to control his body on the power of his will alone, despite being so sick that he shouldn't have been able to move at all.

He wasn't literally dead, just so close to it, but still conscious enough to tell and be able to fight back just enough to last for a few minutes longer.

When a person is unconscious, they are physically unable to do anything except through subconscious actions that the brain may allow the body to do such as react somewhat to painful stimuli.

Lee's will transcended his own conscious thought and the restraints that come along with only being able to do things consciously. His body forced itself up unconsciously(meaning that Lee had no awareness of what his body was doing) into the best fighting stance possible that his injured state would allow, something that could only be done through conscious thought(the fighting stance perhaps muscle memory). All of this means that his body was unconsciously keeping him in a battle ready state in order to prove that Lee could still fight to protect his ninja way, a concept only possible through conscious will. I believe that because of this, the only way to end the fight completely would be to either kill Lee or place him in such an vegetative state that he could never move his body again.
