That's how it goes.

I actually havent thought about it like that but you are right. All three have an ms technique that they have mastered to its limits.

For now madara's is the top for obvious reasons.
Itachi's is second for obvious reasons though not by much if sasuke molds amaterasu with a full armoured susano it rivals itachi's.
