We know Tsunade is stronger than A but idk if she's stronger than the 3 raikage, I think the 3rd Raikage is stronger but I might be basing this on his high defense as well. I would put SM Naruto and Sakura around A and Tsunade strength but Juugo and Guy below that.

There was a filler about A and Tsunade having an arm wrestling contest to see who was stronger and while Tsunade was stronger, A won by using his speed to pull back the push her hand down.

If it has to come directly from physical contact probably one of the Senju... I mean Tobirama was breaking a wall just by palming it. Hashirama or Tsunade would probably win that.

If we can count projected Taijutsu, either Might Gai or Hiashi Hyuga.


Horudora full on tackled a Susanoo like it was no big deal, and even punched through Super Water Shark Bomb.

Hiashi's Air Wall Palm pushed back the Juubi's tail which was roughly the size of of not larger than the tailed beasts. At the very least greater than Susanoo considering the size of it based on how large it typically fits on an Uchiha (look at Punk's Horudora image).

Sakura is only strong when she converts her chakra tsunade is already stated to have raw strength and only gets more beast when she also converts her chakra to her attacks.

Anyway tsunade has the raw strength and guy has the strongest psychical technique.
