In fact the Meteorite Technique used by Madara Uchiha who weaves three hand seals simultaneously with his Susanoo, in order to draw massive meteorites from the upper atmosphere down towards a specific location on the ground has ppl asking is it has anything to do with Mangekyō Sharingan.
FACT!! he did it with his "Susanoo simultaneously", witch means it is a Mangekyō Sharingan Technique because in order to obtain Susanoo u have to have MS and the word simultaneously means at the same time

He had Rinnegan activated simultaneously with his Susano'o, so it isn't simply from MS. Seals doesn't literally mean it falls under MS, since Rinnegan users are said to be capable of mastering all 5 elements... but I digress. The only thing we all know from Madara, with definite answers would be his Susano'o other than that I would suggest refraining from giving him MS techniques.
