Well in terms of hatred:
1. Sasuke-This is because before Sasuke killed Itachi, Kyubbi said that Sasuke's chakra was more sinister than his own and comparable to Uchiha Madara. After he kills Itachi he becomes even more sinister. Karin says that his chakra is much more sinister then when he still had the curse seal. During his fight alongside Itachi, Sasuke says that his hatred for Konoha has swelled up. So current Sasuke's hatred is a lot more than Madara's or the Kyubbi's by far.

2. Madara-This guy has deep hatred for the senju clan which is proven by the fact that he wanted to kill Tsunade first just because she was Hashirama's granddaughter. He has more hatred than the Kyubbi because the Kyubbi said that Madara's chakra is more sinister than his own. He does not have more hatred than Sasuke because he doesn't go all crazy and he does not kill children.

3. Kyubbi-He does have a lot of hatred but in reality he is a softy who got swayed by Naruto's talk no jutsu.

In terms of Powerful chakra:
1. Kyubbi-He is the strongest of the 9 tailed beasts.
2. Madara-Older than Sasuke and has the perfect Susanoo.
3. Sasuke-Relatively young and has yet to develop his body to its full extent.
