In terms of Power/Raw Power, Madara's Susanoo's reigns superior; specific ability would go to Itachi, though if these pseudo Itachi fans have the slightest thought that Totsuka no Tsurugi and Yata no Kagami makes Itachi superior to Madara, they may be labelled illegible of the fact that not only does Madara have canonical knowledge of the weapons but also their specific function and would know to stay out of range. Itachi is, was and will never be as strong as Madara...the man he himself admitted inferiority to and deemed invincible.
