Madara takes this one no doubt, simply due to the size and range of the Susano'o's attacks, and due to the fact that he can freely manipulate it at will, similar to what Sasuke can do with the Amaterasu and what Itachi can do with the Tsukuyomi.

Itachi and Sasuke's Susano'o's main strengths are the weapons that they have applied to them. However, when you're only looking at the Susano'o itself, it's quite clear that Madara is vastly superior.

It's strange. Madara obviously has the best, but It's been stated that Might Guy's attack Daytime tiger can easily overwhelm his Susanoo, (This is what was stated I swear, and when he opens the gates) So I really don't think that It's that great all around for any character....I don't see why people use that as the most powerful move -.-.

Actually, Susanoo gives no protection against Amaterasu since its transparent, and when it comes to Amaterasu you are vulnerable to it as long as its user can see you. Basically, black flames would appear directly on Susanoo user.​

Well so many people seem to think that Susanoo is like this super ultimate thing and It's not. I just stated that it can be countered, since a lot of people seem to think It can't. Actually there are several ways It can be destroyed/countered.
