Itachi has the best most equipped Susano'o.

Itachi's Susano'o one shot everything I think even rikudou if he able to touch him, and Yata's Mirror is the perfect defence.

Sasuke-His susano'o is the amaterasu king, you have to dodge all of its attacks, no blocking allowed
Itachi has Taka and yata, however has the least stamina out of the 3.
