Tsukuyomi (one shot K.O.)
Amaterasu (one shot to the head K.O.)
Totsuka (one shot K.O.)
KotoAmatsukami (Imposible to dodge, one shot K.O.)
Izanami (Imposible to dodge, one shot K.O.)
Plus Yata who stops everything but this is not an attack so i dont count as one shot....
Does any other character can compete with him in this category? I guess no...

Nagato - All Paths. So not just the solo king there are others in NV who has one shot KO, But---- Itachi didn't become solo king with jutsus only, his knowledge and thinking ability made him what he is.

Kamui from obiti or kakashiis the best. All you have to do is suck them in and carry on about your business. Unless the opponent has HAX speed, they can't escape it, and can only be freed from it by being summoned.
