Sasuke blitz the one character with the best reaction feats,that is RSM Naruto. He didn't actually blitz him, but Naruto didn't compete dodge it either. Sasukes striking speed is leagues above FTG. And he blitzed a JJ, the same jj that was able to put up resistance against Gai

Sasuke and Naruto are leagues above everyone else in terms of Striking Speed. I'm putting Naruto up here, solely on what he did to Kaguya. Not sure if this should count however, cause that is like putting SSJ2 Vegata above SSJ3 Goku, cause he managed to hit Beerus.

My List: Sasuke >= Naruto >> Gai >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Minato

Those little moments are called hype moments. If it happens over and over like 2-3 times then its a feat. But one time, nah bruh.

Sasuke blitzed naruto three times. He merely used teleportation to get closer, but the connecting is all him.

No, you are wrong. But I agree that Sasuke = Naruto > Guy.

However, remember when Minato instantly teleported out and in before the Gudodamas could land a hit on 8th Guy's last Evening Elephant punch? That's when Guy increased his speed to blitz Madara's shield, but Minato intead stepped in and suddenly disappeared. Besides, Guy never knew about the plan.
Guy is nowhere faster than Minato in terms of speed. Guy has only power and speed, even though he still lacks the speed to avoid attacks. Minato is still one of the fastest shinobi who ever lived excluding Rikudo powers. Naruto and Sasuke got t
the powers from Rikudo Sennin. Only them with Juubi powers can react to FTG users.

When A FTG User Marks His Target's Body He Can Warp Directly To The Target Which Grant Then Nigh Instant Striking Speed...I Want To See A JJ Or Naruto & Sasuke Deal With That When JJ Obito Got Shat On By This Method.
