You said, 'if you mean natural' then included Kisame, which stores and absorbs chakra in/with Samehada, i.e. not himself / not his own capacity.

Samehada just restores/replenishes chakra that he has used,it does not increase the size of his chakra at all as far as i know.

Let's also remember than Nagato (through pain) said that Kisame had the most chakra out of all the Akatsuki, after Kisame had been hunting Bijuu (big oppotunity to absorb a LOT of chakra). This was also when Nagato was in his skeleton state, before that he would of almost certainly had more.

Naruto and Bee do not have insane amounts of chakra, I believe somewhere we were told that Naruto's chakra is just a sap from the (for lack of a better word) leaking Kyuubi chakra.

The kyuubi's chakra is naruto's and the hachibi's chakra is bee's, Having the two bijuu with the most chakra plus their own chakra gives them a huge advantage over any normal shinobi.

@1st point, I find it odd that you can say that with such certainty when you know samehada has a symbiotic relationship with Kisame, absorbs chakra and can hold and give him chakra at any point.

@2nd point, of course there isn't proof, but if you read it from a non-synical point of view you'd understand what I was talking about
