No arguing here, amongst non-jinchuuriki Kisame has the most chakra. Including jinks, Naruto. Including edos, Madara.

A big fan of Tsunade is a rare occurrence, and a big fan of Tsunade is what I meant by 'you people'

Back on topic: People saying Kisame, forget that Samehada plays a huge role in his chakra levels and so isn't his own chakra levels

Well, you are,indeed, right. :)
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

As for Kisame, when he fought Bee and absorbed his chakra via Samehada, didn't he said then that the reason e's called the Tailess Beast is because of that?

I'd put it something like this:

1. Kisame. Even without Samehada, he's still a chakra beast. I'm pretty sure Nagato himself even admitted that Kisame had the largest reserves. Remember in part 1, Neji stated that his chakra reserves were unbelievable, and said they were similar to Naruto's, when it was a clone of Kisame with only 30% of his chakra. The guy is the winner without a doubt :y

2. Nagato. Being able to singlehandedly destroy a village, fight Naruto, fight the Kyuubi, use Chibaku Tensei, and revive the whole village speaks for itself ;)

3. Tsunade. People tend to ignore her since they don't like her, but there's no denying that she has one of the most amazing chakra reserves in existance, as shown when she was actually able to heal a whole village. One of the most extraordinary feats that has ever been shown in the series.

I would have put Hashi in there, but since feats>hype, I won't assume anything. :y

now thats a nice well explained list.

Indeed, and most people seem to be linking Samehada into Kisames own chakra capacity, which isn't true

People saying; "Even without Samehada he's a chakra beast" Can you please show me any manga evidence of insanely high chakra levels (which would place him at the top) when he wasn't in posession of Samehada?

Ah, things like those are very fishy. It's not the first time Kishi doesn't clarify a statement.
But as far as I've known, he is called like that because of Samehada. Albeit, I might be wrong. Never actually studied Kisame close enough.

well the manga never stated that it was because of samehada (samehada restores his chakra more than really raising it). so bro the fact that it was stated more than once WITHOUT kisame using samehada's draining ability means that its safe to assume that the statement is about his base chakra.

but really, we can't assume that without Samehada he has high chakra levels without seeing it, and no one can say that his chakra levels as described by Nagato and others didn't include Samehada's stored potential.

Kisame not using Samehada, doesn't mean he isn't sharing his chakra.

If you mean it was stated when Kisame wasn't in posession of Samehada, and the person who complimented his chakra was aware of that fact, link me to that

Neji looked at HIS chakra with byakugan and compared it to naruto... and that kisame was only a 30% clone...

When karin sensed kisame she said

Kisame is the one that has high chakra reserves.. he's called the tailless tailed beast because his chakra and stamina doesn't run out (samehada replenishes it)

Well, here we see Neji talking about how immense Kisame's chakra reserves are, when he's only at 30%

At the time, the Akatsuki hadn't even started hunting Bijuus and had been laying low for a while (I think) so I'm guessing it's mostly his own chakra. Not to mention the fact that the more chakra stored into Samehada, the larger she gets, and her size seemed to be pretty normal at the time, leading me to believe that it's at least mostly his own chakra reserves that are so immense :y

This is however, just a speculation, I'm not too knowledgable of Kisame, but personally I think the chakra is mostly his own

well .... something like that can be figured out by common sense (we are trying to find a solution we can all agree on here), again samehada restores his chakra (witch was already there) or eats it and takes it for itself. but nothing in the manga did say that it raised his chakra (the level), my question to you is, do you understand the nature of samehada (its power) ??

Karin sensed a huge amount of chakra coming their way, that manga panel doesn't show her singling it out to be one entity, does it? (The "it's" is the chakra load)

As for Neji, I don't remember that far back, but if the manga panel show's him looking at Kisame and Kisame alone, then you're right

He said he's never seen Someone not something with such chakra since naruto, and that's 30%, now multiply that amount which shocked neji x3 1/3 then you have kisame's base chakra

I guess you're right then, but I'd like to say that the phrase "such chakra since naruto" doesn't mean that his 30% clone was at the same, or close to Naruto's chakra level, only that Neji personally hadn't seen that much chakra in one place since Naruto, people are drawing false connections between the two

That is true, but that doesn't mean it's a false connection, It's an unknown tossup between the two interpretations

but nagato did say KISAME had the largest chakra reserves, and ive never seen anyone in the manga attribute samehada to kisame's chakra reserves

Brother Nagato, Brother Tobi and Brother Madara.
I'd say Brother Hashirama, but we haven't seen much of him.

The first point, unless it's a false translation, that phrase has one meaning.

Second point, I already agreed that I was wrong and Kisame has the highest reserves, but in response, we know that Samehada has a symbiotic relationship with Kisame, we also know that Samehada absorbs chakra, and as you stated helps Kisame regenerate and keep his stamina up. It is only logical to assume that Kisames chakra reserves are upgraded (at the least) by Samehada.

And again Nagato did say that, but your inferring that he meant only Kisame, which we can't possibly know. When you talk about someone you usually encompass all their abilities and perks.
