Who has the better Heroics, Naruto or Sasuke?

Sasuke has done some pretty Heroic things throughout the series and in his non-canon features. Even if it's done inadvertently, a good deed is a good deed.

But He ain't Hero and comparing him to titular MC of shonen manga???
Naruto takes this neg diff.

Well honestly it all depends on what you claim to be heroic feats. Sasuke killing Danzo wouldn't be heroic to the people of the leaf as seeing they didn't know of his treachery, but we could see it as heroic because he eliminated a threat to the leaf and peace.

When did Naruto beat Nagato? I remember Itachi had to totsuka blade him. Also Naruto cutting the tree down did nothing at all. All Madara did was absorb it later. Sasuke cutting the tree saved shinobi from being crushed so I understand that.

Also when did Naruto beat Orochimaru?

yeah but he helped beat nagato coz without him they would have trapped in CT. I guess the tree did nothing...4 tails naruto beat oro in a fight coz he ran

Well Itachi would have been alright he was edo, he had Susanoo with totsuka and yata. CT would of held him a little but not for long. Naruto and Killer bee would have been done for though. So I believe Itachi was the hero in that event since Naruto and Killer bee couldn't handle the situation.

I thought Orochimaru was just playing around with Naruto to test if he was stronger than Sasuke. Plus I don't think he ran, he left because he got bored and Naruto wasn't attacking him anymore, plus Sai gave him a folder with confidential info of anbu on it and he wanted get back to work on his schemes.

It all depends on how being heroic is viewed. Is it only viewed through what the manga states to be heroic or how we interpret what the manga states?

Example: Sasuke killing Danzo was not a heroic act to the village people in the manga because they did not know of his treachery, but we do define that to be a heroic act because he eliminated a threat to the village and peace.

Naruto is defiantly the hero, the manga/anime is called "Naruto" after all... Sasuke has to much of an angst, dark past to possess the "heroics" type. Although he is powerful, intelligent, courageous, etc.

Sasuke maybe brave and all but I find a hero has to have a more light feel or positive aura surrounding them.
