Well Kiba has the best tracking skills. His sense of smell is better then a dog. Also Shino bugs has to come back to tell him where the thing he is tracking at. Hinata can only see as far (couldn't figure out how far but I know it isn't as far as Kiba's nose.)

well i have already voted ...but i wanted to say that shino is better becoz the way he tracks ppl by a female bug or chakra bugs is very good method e.g used against sasuke and guren....its range is infinite on the other hand hinata and kiba have certain range limit...so 4 me its shino....

Lol I just notice the poll. But everyone Kiba is the one who lead them in the direction of Sasuke when they was tracking him. He was also the leader of the group. So that should prove he does have better tracking skills then Hinata and Shino.

Okay in the rain he can't smell another person scent but I still think he can still track another person's chakra. But I still think he is the best in my eyes. Shino bugs are alright but they have come back to him just to tell him where the person is at unless he was already in range and placed the female bug on his target.

I dont think Kiba can track chacra as the chacra doesnt smell

probably Hinata as Shino has to put a female bug to the guy he's tracking.
So both Shino and Kiba has their weaknesses I think Hinata with her Byakugan will WIN

Most likely the leaf wouldn't send trackers out in the rain because most of the tracks that the enemy had left would be washed out. But each of those team mates really help the other one when it comes to the teammate's weakness. So probably Kiba would be the best but when it comes to rain he isn't the best but that's where Hinata comes in at, but what happens if she couldn't find the chakra source the person they was tracking and Shino didn't place his female bug on the enemy.

Kiba is like an awesome dog who only tracks with smell.
Shino can track people for as long as he wants as long as hes got you with one of his bugs..
Hinata can see right through everything!
Meh.... Ill go with shino on dis one. He can use the bugs to swarm large areas to find people. He can use the bugs to search very small places too. Although he has the weakness of using up time by having to have the bugs come back to him, he uses his time efficiently to find and track someone.
