Sasuke's Rin'negan.

They all have access to the paths. But Sasuke's ability to amplify Genjutsu and use MS abilities alongside Amenotejikara means he's way stronger just purely through the Rin'negan. There's a chance he could even use Limbo depending on the functioning of the technique. (It just says the Rin'negan fashions a shadow; unlike KKG that are purely blood based like Blaze Release being exclusive to Sasuke) His is much better in comparison.

On panel Madara said that he could use all the Rinnegan abilities. There's also Limbo, which is far stronger than Sasuke's ability in my opinion. It's currently unknown whether or not Sasuke mastered the Rinnegan so I don't see how others rate him in front of Madara lol.
