Who has the best eye tech

Ok so you know how every uchiha has their own little tech. Which one is strongest? I personally think shisua and his power to control peoples minds outrank kamui hands down. I don't remember what itachi and assumes are though. Could it be ameratsu or is thAt something all uchihas can use?

Kamui is by far the best since Koto Amatsukami has a 10 year cooldown.

We dont even know Madara's MS ability and Izunas ( the first MS Users ) but until now its definelity Kamui haxx as hell
