To me

Best- Gurren Lagann, One Piece (Funimation), Bleach, DBZ, Cowboy Bebop, & Hellsing Ultimate

Worst- Fairy Tail & One Piece (4Kids)

i can't watch english dub...
the only cartoon/anime i ever watched with english voice actors is Avatar: The Last Airbender

To be honest, Luffy's the only English VA that I don't like in One Piece, the rest are good.

The funimation fairy tail dub is pretty good in my opinion but the other one is truly extremly bad.

The worst I've seen is probably the 4Kids one for One Piece.

It makes you wonder how much more popular One Piece would have been in the U.S. if the 4kids dub of One Piece never existed. It just ruined everything.

At least there is still this little gem of the 4 kids dub left behind.

Best: DBZ, FMA:B, Yu Yu Hakusho, Code Geass, Cowboy Bebop.

Worst: As everyone has said 4kids One Piece. I also don't like Luffy's VA in the Funimation version as well.
