Hand ripped off, throat crushed, stabbed 5 times in the back, then drowning :/
Also Hidans death, a head covered in rocks, slowly dying from a lack of nutrinents, Doesn't seem very appealing lol

Biggest beating i've seen in any animated series was Thor getting annihilated by Hulk

But in the naruto universe i would have to say Orochimaru that guy just keeps coming back to life even when beaten/killed lol
