Stronger chakra? I thought the effectiveness of chakra depended solely on the amount of it, not quality. Anyway, I'm gonna go with Kurama.

It is actually based on quality. Exp: Madara(stronger chakra) has 100 gallons of chakra while Hashirama(more chakra) has 200 gallons. Madara can perform 2 Fire Style Jutsu with 1 gallon of chakra while Hashirama needs 2 gallons of chakra to perform 2 of the same Fire Style Jutsu.

Edit: Quantity of chakra is also important. IMO.

lol your example looks like it should be accompanied by one of Kakashi's little doodles. I think there is such a thing as different quality chakras, but I doubt that's how it works (unless the manga says otherwise). For example when the Gin/Kin bros were stuck inside Kurama they ate from his stomach, and in return were able to turn into the Jink form. If they did that to any regular fodder I doubt they'd get anything. Your example seems like it has to do more with chakra control than anything else.

Chakra control plays a major part, but I believe that the stronger the chakra the less chakra you have to use to perform a jutsu. But this is my opinion on it.
