Both have been shown to have very low stamina but are kage tier ninjas which one has been shown to have the most stamina out of these two?

Itachi didn't have low stamina. He had a disease and may have even exaggerated it in order to allow Sasuke to win.

Itachi's stamina wasn't all that, but he definitely had more than Kakashi. By way of birthright Itachi has better stamina.

Sort of contradictory, given Itachi being an Uchiha and naturally having more stamina to accommodate his bloodline.

Maybe it's measuring natural stamina and you have to factor in the effects of ms

I'm sure he wasn't exaggerating it dudes been living with ms for years i think Tobi noted how much a feat that was and also the effects of using susanoo on the body

I think he means uchiha can naturally use sharingan without harm while it puts pressure on non uchiha

On flip side kakashi didn't show to be deathly effected with ms like regular uchiha

I dunno, itachi was sick, and kakashi was being constantly drained as long as his sharingan was being used, so it's kinda hard to tell which one would have better overall stamina(we have no clue of kakashis stamina sans sharingan)outside of databook stats

Judging by what I've seen I'd have to say Hatake even though Godtachi should be over him in stamina.. It's weird really because by blood-limit Godtachi should be superior in stamina but his sickness made it look weak in comparison to Kakashi whose been using the sharingan for battle way more then Godtachi has for the W & the fact that he can't deactivate his sharingan because he's not a Uchiha should also zapp his stamina even further...

Kishi's inconsistency BS is the real problem..

Didnt Sasuke say during the Kage Summit Arc that even his cells are hurting after using Susanoo and he was thinking if itachi endured that same pain...now my question is does this fall under an endurance feat for Itachi or a stamina feat for maintaining Susanoo over a course of time?

Itachi states in the manga that due to his body not having Uchiha blood, he lacks the physical prowess to master it completely. Someone with a bloodline would naturally have more physical strength than someone who's lacking in a bloodline because they need to use it to it's full abilities.

It'd be a little bit of both.........if we knew how often he used it

He's describing Kakashi, not himself.

okay, but still, you didn't really explain how the Uchiha blood grants more stamina. all was stated that having an Uchiha bloodline make you use the Sharingan more efficiently. but that doesn't mean that they have a special stamina.

the Uzumaki clan was stated to have a great stamina. yet, they would never use the Sharingan as efficiently as the Uchihas because they don't have the Uchiha bloodline. does that mean the Uchiha's have more stamina that the Uzumaki clan? hell no. and don't try to argue otherwise.
