Who has the most fans? I think it's a tie between Shima and Ramen Guy. I hear both of their cooking is to DIE for.

As for the ninja who has the most fans.. Hmm.. I think ninja's are overshadowed by the people mentioned above.

For a long time Minato held the crown of being the most overrated Naruto character by far and even peaked at being the 2nd most overrate anime character ever (after Goku), but after the recent hype that Itachi is got and all the bandwagoners who have joined his side he has taken over now. But im sure Minato will get like 1 semi decent feat and become the most overrated character again in no time.

Top 3 most over characters IMO for now are:
Itachi, Minato and Kakashi.
