Kamui came up because if I'm not mistaken Kakashi used it on both the Gedou Mazou, and Gyuuki with low chakra reserves. That would take more chakra then what Minato did imo.

I know perfectly well, Minato couldn't maintain it longer then like 3 panels, you think that is a Perfect Sage? No, he may have better control then Jiraiya, but he isn't a Perfect Sage.
