The Rinnegan allows for mastery of Yin-Yang Release.
The Nara Clan's techniques fall under that category and are merely Hiden.
Any Hiden techniques that involve the six primary releases can be learned by Nagato.

4 Kekkei Genkai really can't compare to what we've seen from Nagato:

Amplification Summoning Technique
Magic Lantern Body Technique
Mental Barricades
Mirrored Sudden Attacker Technique
Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Shapeshifting Technique

Those are all non-elemental and aren't derived from any of the Paths. That's quite the variety.
