Shisui. His Sharingan possessed the single most overpowered technique in the Narutoverse; Kotoamatsukami. Given that the technique in it's most basic form could literally make the target a slave to the caster's will, he could pretty much take on anyone if he had the prep time. That's not even considering what it would have evolved into if he had gained the EMS.

I agree with you , and i think that Madara has the same character as Sasuke , which mean more impulsive and spammer , but he is wiser than Sasuke because of his experience.
Itachi on the other hand is the total opposite and that's what's make him special.
