The Sharingan can copy perfectly copy all jutsu that has handseals besides KKG just from seeing it once. Sarada has the potential to learn/master nearly all jutsu - Elemental Jutsu,Sealing Jutsu,Barrier jutsu, etc upon etc.

On top of that the Sharingan can see through movements, predict movements, and cast Genjutsu from eye contact.

And we also know Uchiha are naturally highly skilled with Fire Style Jutsu

We already know the answer to this. It's Bolt, unfortunately. He's already being advertised as a prodigy who will surpass both Naruto and Sasuke. Sarada has only been shown to have a 1 tomoe Sharingan so far. She's an Uchiha/Uzumaki child so the potential is there but it'll likely go unused.
