From what I understand the powers you can gain by combining Indra and Asura = Pre jin Sage.

The powers that Sage shared with Naruto and Sasuke = Post juubi jin sage.

Madara has Limbo clones and Senjutsu chakra, which allows him to predict the attacks [Two Rinnegan]

Madara has better mastery over Taijutsu and Ninjutsu

Madara has more battle experience and tactical knowledge [Was able to identify Sasukes swap technique, the second time he used it]

I will said rinnegan Sasuke has more chakra than Pre-jin Madara

His feats support it
-using teleportation
-Up against Kaguya and continuesly using PS and S/T jutsu take massive amout of chakra and he also lost some of his chakra to Kaguya but Naruto saved him.
-and then after defeating Kaguya, he still having great amount of chakra to perform a rinnegan techniques like CT and before sucking Bijuus chakra, he is using large scaled attack that took massive chakra to perform.
-The ability to up against chakra monster like Naruto in battle of massive attack before he using Bijuus chakra is the proof that he has massive chakra reserve.
-And I dont think Madara can perform such feats in his normal rinnegan mode only without Juubi power

While Juubi power Madara is nerfed, Normal one Rinnegan Madara is not, but still limbo alone is not enough to proof his chakra reserve is greater than Sasuke Rikudou enhanced power although he knocked off All bijuu.

Even with both of rinnegan and put aside the edo Madara cases, Idont think Madara can constently do what Sasuke has done with his chakra reserve
