I just remembered tobi when he visited naruto in d land of iron and i could recall the story of the so6p and his 2 sons..He said d uchihas inherited the sage's eyez,chakra and mental energy and the senju,the sage's physical energy and life force...Now my question,,who has more chakra between the uchihas and d senjus...Though i go 4 d uchihas and as we all know,madara is a living witness even if he z an edo...Now who z gonna agree with me here that if its not for the kyuubi,sasuke would have had more chakra than naruto..

IMO Naruto and his will of fire and the fact that he won't let himself die allows him to push the limits of his chakra along with the kyubbi giving him vast amounts as well. Uchiha's are naturally gifted with huge chakra as to accommodate to the sharingan. With that being said I think sasuke would reach his limit before naruto just because naruto would will himself to continue. Although its hard to say eithier way.

So Each person has both phyiscal and spiritual....And the max those containers can be filled too is your Limit.....The phyiscal energy is all the energy you use for day to day activities...In a human aspect....We eat food we get energy...We sleep we regenerate energy and can go another day...

If the Senju Received The vitality and Physical energy of the sage, they would have received An enhanced body....They would naturally last longer doing things,

Now lets try to understand what Mental/Spiritual energy is...It isn't clearly desribed in the manga, but by looking at its meaning irl and juxtaposing it with other animes, we can try and understand it...
Julian Sorell explained mental energy as the driving force of the mind ......Now what does that mean ? How does that relate to Naruto?

Ok , Earlier we went over Physical energy, the energy needed to do daily taks, But what mental energy is, Is the drive to go on, The drive to do those tasks... You may have the body neccesary for hard tedious work, but if you can't push yourself to do that work, it all becomes basically useless...

Not only that but mental energy would be essential in many other things, Pain management etc,torture, etc...
Why can a uchiha survive and break tsukomi? Itachi said himself only someone with Uchiha blood would be able to break it....Kakashi a non uchiha couldn't and went uncoincous for 2 weeks....It's greatly hinted that when it comes to mental prowess uchiha rise above everyone else....

Here you see it again, mental energy isn't relating to the body, Its whats in your head...

In Naruto they combine both Mental and Physical to make - Chakra.....The mental aspect like humanwise, grows while you train.....Lets say You just started exercising .. and your absolute limit, no matter how much you push yourself, is 4 hours of exercise ......Overtime, That 4 hours grows, little by little....
The physical aspect is what defines how long you can go for, and that grows as you grow...As a child, you may have energy but its limited to how small your body is....You won't be able to out last a fit adult in a long race....(not saying the child can't be faster) If using both Physical and Mental energy allowed Person A to last 4 hours of exercise, The same person A who's capabilities is 4 hours, If he was to use The same amount of physical output, and less Mental output/Drive , He would possibly only last 2 hours of exercise....
Iv'e rambled on , possibly to no avail , but try to understand Senju got the vitality , stamina to last a long long time.......Their bodies are naturally fit for long tedious work, but You also need ALOT of mental energy to meet that peak , to perform to your fullest capabilities, Your drive to work must meet your Ability to work....


Lets look at Ninja A
His limit is 4 Katon fire balls, and a rasengan , Note this is a hypothetical situation

How do we determine his limit? We have to ADD what his body is capable of + How far his mind is willing to go
thats how it is in real life,,,

When you add them both in Naruto , you get something called Chakra......Lets look at Chakra as a container........ A grown man/Ninja A, who's container can use 4 fire balls and a rasengan...
His capabilities with his body(Physical energy) = 4 fire balls + rasengan , when he does that, he's exhausted his body to the absolute limit and dies..When you hit 0 chakra you die

His mental energy....the one that lets him continue fighting...Without it he would have collapsed mentally due to fatigue etc after only 2 fire balls....... Why? because he's weak up their......He has potential to do so much more but can't ......
Without adequate Physical energy , Mental energy is useless,
As well, without adequate Mental ,Physical is useless...

My take on who has more...this was a while back, to add to this, mental energy has a bit more depth to what I stated
